Data we collect
When you use our contact form we collect the name, email address, subject and message you provide. Our server also processes standard technical data (e.g. IP address, browser type) in access logs for security and operation.
Why we use it and legal basis
We use your data only to respond to your enquiry and manage our business relationship. The legal basis is your consent and our legitimate interest in answering requests (Art. 6(1)(a) and (f) GDPR).
How long we keep it
We keep contact messages only as long as needed to handle your request and for a reasonable period afterwards, then delete them. Technical logs are kept for a limited time.
Sharing and processors
We never sell your data. It may be processed by our hosting and email provider (Hostinger) acting as a data processor on our behalf, with no further transfer.
Cookies and third parties
This site does not use tracking or advertising cookies. It stores your language preference locally in your browser. It loads fonts from Google Fonts, icons from jsDelivr and a map from OpenStreetMap, which may receive your IP address to deliver these resources.
Your rights
Under the GDPR you have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict or object to the processing of your data, and to data portability. You may withdraw consent at any time and lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.
